Hong Zhongxing, general manager of the HKTB's program and tourism product development, said that the e-sports festival's ticket purchase response was better than expected. There were 400 tickets left on Saturday and only 90 tickets on Sunday, of which 250 tickets were the most popular. He predicted that the number of visitors this year will be as high as 80,000, of which 10% are passengers. As for the e-sports festival held in the Red Pavilion last year, 60,000 people participated.

Hong Zhongxing believes that during the E-sports Festival, there will be a Hong Kong Computer Communication Festival at the same time, which is believed to bring synergies.
