Life is not always easy for this lion named Cameron and Zabu white tigress. They were bred in a zoo in New England back in 2000 for one purpose – to create ligers. Zabu, hybrid Siberian-Bengal, have a genetic susceptibility for breeding and Cameron is the 200 pound weight. Fortunately, in 2004 they were both rescued from the zoo.
“When Zabu and Cameron saved, we built a large natural enclosure for the two of them to share because they really bonded as a couple,” which is based in Florida Big Cat Rescue writing. However, Cameron is getting very possessive Zabu and become a threat to his guards, so it was decided to neuter him (Zabu was spayed, too.) Unfortunately, Cameron loses mane noble but that’s a small price to pay to stay together with a friend.
